A deposit of 30% is required in order to confirm the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday date. Upon receipt of final payment you will be sent fullkeypick-up and apartment instructions. In the event of the rental balance not being received by the due date we reserve the right to relet the property and any deposit paid will be forfeited. If at any time due to circumstances beyond our control the apartment becomes unavailable or unfit for habitation, either before or during the rental concerned, all monies received will be refunded in full and final settleent.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit is required – this is normally held against a credit card until the end of your stay.


Arrivals are to be between 16h00 and 18h00 on the day of your arrival. Please allow one hour to get from train arrival to your apartment, and two hours to get from an airport to your apartment. It is not guaranteed that arrivals will be accepted for arrivals after 19h00. Earlier arrivals are fine, but please advise us well in advance, although if we have clients leaving that day, you will be able to drop your luggage off after 10h00, and then you will need to allow the apartment to be prepared for you (ie cleaned).


Should you be forced to cancel your holiday once it has been accepted and the booking deposit paid, then cancellation charges will be made as follows. Cancellations must be made in writing by the party leader to us by recorded delivery and charges will be calculated from the date the owner receives written notification. It is strongly recommended that you arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy including cancellation cover and have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc.

Cancellation more than 56 days before holiday: Booking deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation less than 56 days before: 100% of total rental due.

Sleeping Capacity:

There is a maximum of five persons permitted to stay in this apartment.

Bed Linen:

Initial bed linen is provided, including 1 bath towel per person and 2 hand towels for the apartment. Two towels per person will be provided for rentals 8 days or longer. Extra linen is available on request and a supplementary charge is made.


Central heating is available. The heating is operated by gas and you are charged separately for this heating, with the gas use being metered.


The telephone provides free calls to all Europe destinations. You will be charged for all other calls.


We reserve the right to terminate a rental immediately without compensation where a tenant causes nuisance of whatever nature to neighbours or the property.


Please leave the property neat and clean as you found it. Any excessive extra cleaning necessary will be deducted from the Damage Deposit. The apartment will be in a clean condition on your arrival. If you require apartment servicing during your stay this can be arranged, but there will be an additional charge for this.


We can not take responsibility for any complaints or problems notified after the end of your stay. Please get in touch with the Paris representative immediately if you have a problem - we will use our best endeavours to put things right as soon as possible.

Currency Fluctuations:

Prices are quoted in NZ Dollars, but are based on the Euro/$NZ cross rate. A significant change in this rate could result in additional charges. Prices are guaranteed against fluctuation only upon complete payment of the full price.

Liability / Insurance

While we will make every endeavour to ensure speedy repairs, we can not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from technical problems with the property, its equipment or facilities.
